We provide a comprehensive review and analysis of the people, products, and processes that make up your enterprise through the lens of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI). We use an academic barometer for the analysis to determine your organization's current status relative to JEDI principles. This includes whether you are reaping the benefits of a diversified workforce and whether your enterprise or brand resonates with a changing and expanding customer demographic. This phase may include brand analysis, workforce analysis, and structural analysis, as well as a study of awareness of racism, ableism, LGBTQIA+ and gender issues, and their intersectionality.
Through our goal setting, we will build a curriculum with you. I-jedi is an educational construct: when you know better, you do better. The most effective method of combating ignorance is acquisition and dissemination of knowledge; to educate and tell your visitors about one of the services you offer.
Working with local practitioners we work with you to develop a training and educational program throughout all levels of your organization that will foster and support achievement of your goals. We then connect your enterprise with professionals who have participated in our curriculum design, training and accreditation process.
100 level: Have developed a JEDI statement and action plan
200 level: Have set goals based on I-jedi statement and action plan
300 level: Have prioritized I-jedi action steps throughout the organization
400 level: People of Color in C-suite, executive and other leadership positions

Working with I-jedi LLC, we’ll continue this process until you have reached your JEDI leadership level.
